MaccabiVerse Gallery

The Maccabiah "Then and Now" Exhibition is currently presented at the Ben Gurion airport and millions of people have watch it by now. For the first time in the history of the Maccabiah it is also presented in an entire new space and medium, the MaccabiVerse gallery. The gallery experience uses the innovative next-gen Web3 technology, to expand our ongoing engagement with the next generation of the Jewish people. The unique technology enables new type of 360 degrees of spatial experience on the Internet, for direct communication and convergence around our passion for sports, Israel, and our communities.

Each visitor of the gallery is invited to create a new Avatar for herself for free. The Gallery is designed to be approached by using Oculus Quest 2 devices for full 360 degrees of immersion, however high-speed connection with regular computer screen will provide an exciting experience in the shared gallery space as well. During the gallery visit, avatars can enjoy the content of the gallery as individual visitors but can also engage in conversation with fellow avatars.

The mission of Maccabi is to bring together Jewish individuals and communities to engage around Jewish sports and Israel, this MaccabiVerse experiences are doing just that.

NFT Collection

NFTs are unique cryptographic assets on a blockchain.

In a joint initiative between Maccabi World Union and Israeli A.I company Sighteer, "Project Max” was recently launched.

Named after Max Nordau – the Hungarian Zionist leader who co-founded the World Zionist Congress – the project is "leveraging Sighteer's artificial intelligence platform to share the story of Jewish sport with global audiences and engage younger generations around the shared values of sports".

MACCABI-LEAP Community

LEAP is a Web 3.0-based sports gaming platform, available for the first time through a collaboration with Maccabi World Union. 

Using digital networks, LEAP aims to find, expose, and boost Jewish athletes worldwide. The partnership with Maccabi enables LEAP’s capacity to reach Jewish athletes around the globe and promotes social inclusion among participants as part of its core values and goals.
